Based on market and customer needs, specifications are determined, design drawings are produced, and CAD drawings or 3D models of real plants are created → Leaf, petal, and branch samples are made and assembled → Submission for customer confirmation and approval.
Raw Material Procurement and Testing: Procurement of leaf materials (silk/PE/PU, etc.), branch materials (iron wire/fiberglass, etc.), and auxiliary materials (environmentally friendly adhesives/pigments, etc.), strictly complying with European and American environmental standards (REACH/California Proposition 65, etc.).
Production:
Fabric Artificial Plants (Artificial Flowers/Silk Plants): Die-cutting fabric using a die-cutting machine → Dyeing using dip-dyeing or spray-dyeing processes (including gradient dyeing) → Heat pressing and shaping (creating leaf vein texture and three-dimensional effect);
Plastic Artificial Plants (PE/PVC Plants/Artificial Grass): Injection molding granules into precision molds, injection molding/extrusion molding → Painting (including distressing)/Flocking (enhancing the feel);
Assembly: Manual assembly of leaves/ The petals are fixed to the stems, and a wire is inserted into the leaf stems using a wire-shooting machine to control the orientation and density, ensuring a natural and neat appearance.

Small Potted Plants: The assembled single plant is inserted into a plastic flowerpot, filled with soil, pebbles, or foam for fixation. Some products include a layer of simulated moss to cover the filler.
Large Simulated Trees: Branching stems are spliced and fixed to the main trunk, reinforced with glue, and the overall shape and layering are adjusted.
