Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

1.1 Circumstances Supporting Returns and Exchanges

Quality Issues: If manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or damage are discovered within 7 business days of receiving the goods, photos/videos and test reports of the product issues must be provided as evidence.

Inconsistent Product Specifications: If the product specifications, model, quantity, or parameters are inconsistent with the purchase order, a request must be made within 3 business days of receiving the goods, along with a screenshot of the order and a comparison of the actual product.

Late Delivery: If the delivery time exceeds 90 days as agreed in the contract due to our reasons, the buyer may choose to return the goods or request compensation.

1.2 Circumstances Not Supporting Returns and Exchanges

Customized Products: Products designed and manufactured according to the buyer’s specific needs (such as exclusive logos, special sizes, customized parameters) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there are quality issues.

Used/Affecting Resale: Products that have been opened and installed, show obvious signs of use, or have damaged packaging or missing accessories, making them unsuitable for resale.

Overdue Applications: Failure to submit a return or exchange application within the aforementioned agreed time limit. Force Majeure: Product problems caused by factors not attributable to us, such as natural disasters or unexpected logistics and transportation accidents.

1.3 Return and Exchange Period

Regular Products: Return and exchange applications and supporting documentation must be submitted within 15 working days from the date the purchaser signs for the goods. Failure to do so will be considered an automatic waiver of rights.

Customized Products: Quality issues must be reported within 7 working days of receipt. Returns and exchanges are not permitted for non-quality issues unless otherwise agreed upon.

    2.Return and Exchange Process

    Application Initiation: The purchaser must submit a return and exchange application through the designated email address on the official website: infor@meiyiartificial.com. The email subject should be “Return and Exchange + Order Number + Company Name”. Attachments must include a screenshot of the order, proof of product issues (photos/videos/test reports), contact person, and contact information.

    Review and Confirmation: We will complete the review within 3 working days of receiving the application and provide feedback on the review results via email, clarifying whether the return and exchange are supported and providing subsequent operational guidance.

    Return of Goods: After approval, we will provide a dedicated return address (shipping to the original shipping address is prohibited). The buyer must return the goods within 7 business days according to the agreed method, and must attach the order information slip for quick verification.

    Acceptance Processing: We will complete the acceptance process within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods: For orders meeting the return/exchange conditions, orders with quality issues will be reshipped or fully refunded; orders with incorrect goods will be reshipped with the correct product or a refund will be negotiated.

    For goods not meeting the return/exchange conditions, they will be returned via the original payment method, and the reason for rejection will be provided. The relevant shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
